We are looking for a skilled and experienced Mobile Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for repairing and maintaining mobile phones, providing high-quality service, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair mobile phones (smartphones, tablets, etc.) including issues with screens, batteries, hardware, software, and more.
• Perform routine inspections and software upgrades on mobile devices.
• Provide technical support to customers and assist with troubleshooting any mobile device issues.
• Ensure timely repair services while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Test and validate mobile devices post-repair to ensure proper functionality.
• Maintain detailed records of services performed on each device.
• Stay updated with the latest mobile technologies and repair techniques.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Work in compliance with safety and company standards at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in mobile phone repair and troubleshooting.
• Valid QID (Qatar ID) and NOC (No Objection Certificate) are required.
• Ready to join immediately.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Strong technical knowledge of mobile hardware and software.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Must be proactive and detail-oriented.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
