Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Coordinator to oversee and coordinate technical operations, with a strong focus on equipment maintenance. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience working in the Qatar/GCC region, preferably in plant or workshop environments.

We are seeking an experienced Technical Coordinator to oversee and coordinate technical operations, with a strong focus on equipment maintenance. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience working in the Qatar/GCC region, preferably in plant or workshop environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise the maintenance of machinery and equipment in the plant/workshop.
- Ensure all equipment is operating efficiently and safely, minimizing downtime.
- Schedule and track maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective actions.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers for spare parts and service requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to equipment and machinery.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
- Assist in the development of maintenance plans and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Provide technical support to operational teams and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance in a plant or workshop setting within the Qatar/GCC region.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
