Job Title: Recruitment Assistant (Secondment)
Location: Corporate Office of the Client, Doha, Qatar
Client: One of Qatar’s Largest Business Houses
Work days: 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM
Working Hours: 5 days a week ( Sunday to Thursday)
Contract Details:

• Duration: 3-month temporary contract, with potential for extension.
• Salary: Basic Salary of QAR 2,000.
• Allowances: QAR 1,000 for accommodation and QAR 500 for transportation

We are seeking dynamic and driven individuals for the position of Recruitment Assistant on an immediate, short-term secondment basis.

As a Recruitment Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in the sourcing, screening, and onboarding of top talent. Your expertise in recruitment, coupled with exceptional communication skills, will help ensure a smooth and efficient candidate experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, from candidate sourcing to selection.
• Conduct candidate screenings and initial interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure timely processing of applicants.
• Maintain accurate records of candidates in the recruitment database.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.
• Support various administrative duties as part of the recruitment process.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in recruitment and candidate processing.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in MS Office. Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
• Availability: Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.
