HR Recruitment Officer
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the company attracts and hires top talent to meet its workforce needs.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates for further evaluation.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (minimum 2-3 years) is a must
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• GCC experience is a plus
• Residing in Qatar with valid QID & NOC
• Willing to change sponsorship
• Immediate joiner
• Salary QR 4000-4500 Full Package

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
