Job Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Property Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing expert advice, and helping them make informed decisions. This is a commission-based position, offering a competitive commission structure of 40-50%. Training will be provided to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in finding properties that meet their needs and preferences.
• Provide expert advice on property values, market trends, and investment opportunities.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals between buyers and sellers.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Research the local property market to stay up-to-date with trends and opportunities.
• Assist clients with the paperwork and documentation required for property transactions.
• Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for sales.
• Previous experience in sales or real estate is a plus but not required.
• A willingness to learn and grow in the real estate industry.
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficient in Arabic ( not mandatory but beneficial for effective communication )
