Job Summary:
Zahrat Alshamal Real Estate is looking for a driven and results-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a solid understanding of the real estate market, and a passion for helping clients navigate the leasing process. This commission-based position offers competitive rates between 40% and 50%.
Key Responsibilities:

• Source and acquire new properties to grow the company’s portfolio.
• Schedule and conduct property showings with potential clients.
• Provide expert guidance on leasing procedures and address client inquiries.
• Facilitate lease negotiations between landlords and tenants.
• Draft and review lease agreements to ensure compliance with Qatari real estate laws.
• Work with property owners to create effective marketing strategies.
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitive listings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and industry stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of leasing activities.
• Assist tenants during the move-in process and address initial concerns or requests.
• Utilize company-provided leads or work independently with personal leads.
• It is mandatory to attend the office on Mondays and Thursdays. Your presence on these days is required.
• Employees have the flexibility to work from any location, provided they consistently update tasks and progress on the Click Up platform.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Property Acquisition Rate: Number of new properties added to the portfolio.
• Lead Conversion Rate: Percentage of leads turned into successful leases.
• Client Satisfaction Score: Feedback from clients post-transaction.
• Property Viewings Conducted: Measure of client engagement.
• Closed Deals per Month: Total number of finalized lease agreements.
• Average Time to Lease a Property: Efficiency in closing deals.
• Revenue Generated: Commission earned from successful leases.
• Compliance Rate: Adherence to Qatari real estate regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in leasing or a similar real estate role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven and proactive in addressing client needs.
• Knowledge of Qatari real estate laws and leasing practices.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
