Job Summary:
Zahrat Alshamal Real Estate is seeking a motivated and results-driven Leasing Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and a passion for guiding clients through the leasing process. This commission-based position offers a competitive structure ranging from 40% to 50%.
Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new properties to expand the company’s portfolio.
• Schedule and conduct property viewings with prospective clients.
• Provide expert advice on leasing processes and address client inquiries.
• Negotiate lease agreements between landlords and tenants.
• Draft and review lease contracts to ensure compliance with Qatari real estate laws.
• Collaborate with property owners to develop effective marketing strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and industry partners.
• Keep detailed records of leasing activities and documentation.
• Support tenants during the move-in process and handle any initial concerns.
• Utilize company-provided leads or work independently using personal networks.
• Attend mandatory office meetings every Monday and Thursday.
• Enjoy the flexibility to work remotely while maintaining progress updates on the Click Up platform.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Property Acquisition: Number of new properties added to the portfolio.
• Lead Conversion: Percentage of leads successfully converted into leases.
• Client Satisfaction: Feedback from clients after transactions.
• Viewings Conducted: Number of property tours held with potential clients.
• Deals Closed: Total number of finalized lease agreements per month.
• Time to Lease: Efficiency in completing leasing transactions.
• Revenue Generated: Total earnings from completed leases.
• Compliance: Adherence to Qatari real estate laws and standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in leasing or a similar real estate role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to client needs.
• Familiarity with Qatari real estate laws and leasing processes.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
