Responsibilities and Duties
1. Market Research and Property Identification:

• Research market trends and identify areas with strong potential or that align with Agent preferences.
• Access on-market and off-market properties via online listings, agent networks, or personal connections.
• Shortlist properties and organize shooting schedule.

2. Property Evaluation and Reporting:

• Evaluate properties for suitability based on company criteria.
• Create detailed reports, including pros and cons of each property.

3. Professional Property Photography:

• Capture high-quality images and videos of properties, including interiors, exteriors, and nearby attractions.
• Use professional equipment and techniques to highlight key features.

4. Pre-Shoot Preparation and Staging:

• Advise property owners or agents on decluttering, cleaning, or staging for optimal photography results.
• Plan the best time for shoots to maximize natural lighting.

5. Editing and Post-Production:

• Use photo and video editing tools to enhance images and ensure consistency.
• Prepare photos for multiple platforms, including websites, social media, and brochures.

Key Skills for the Dual Role

• Photography Skills:
• Proficiency with professional cameras, lighting, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
• Creativity and Marketing Insight:
• Ability to produce visually appealing content that aligns with marketing strategies.
