Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Real Estate Agents to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, managing, and closing property transactions while providing exceptional service to clients. This is a commission-based role with high earning potential and career growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop a network of potential property buyers and sellers.
• Manage property listings and update them regularly on Property Finder and other platforms.
• Schedule and conduct property viewings for prospective clients.
• Negotiate property deals and ensure successful closures.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive referrals and repeat business.
• Collaborate with the team to share market insights and improve processes.
• Stay updated on market trends, property prices, and legal guidelines.
• Maintain proper records of transactions and communications with clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales acumen and the ability to close deals effectively.
• Proficiency in using real estate platforms and CRM tools (e.g., Property Finder).
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is a plus.
• A valid Qatar residency permit and driving license (preferred).
