• Provide first-line support for all user's facing hardware, software, desktop, and the task assigned by the admins
• Respond to end user requests and ensure all calls are logged, updated and closed regularly
• Install, configure and maintain computers laptops, printers and other peripheral devices, software, networks and all applications
• Assist in setting up new employee workstations, including hardware and software installation and provide technical support to end-users to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Provide immediate support for urgent and critical problems with minimal service interruption.
• Setup and maintain IT devices used by employees to ensure business continuity and provide support remotely whenever requested by the staff.
• Coordinate with vendors and get best price for order IT procurements and maintain IT asset management.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairing faulty IT equipment and ensure critical On-Air devices are replaced and fixed in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the overall stability and performance of IT systems.
• Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions in the IT ticketing system.
• Perform routine maintenance and updates on desktop systems and applications.
• Participate in and coordinate with stakeholders for IT projects and related activities.
• Maintaining the Wi-Fi & Routers of the company.
• Auditing user's pc for unwanted applications.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent degree.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in the field as IT Support Engineer / Technician.
• Certifications in relevant technologies are preferrable.
• Working experience with insurance companies or similar environments preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication and people skills to collaborate with various teams.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must have proficiency in English language. Proficiency in Arabic language is preferable.
