Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR & Admin professional to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and administrative functions, with a proven track record of managing HR operations, employee relations, and office administration.
Note: Immediate joiners with a transferrable NOC are preferred.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports on HR metrics.
• Collaborate with management to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations in the workplace.
• Maintain accurate employee records, including payroll data, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions as well address employee concerns.
• Ensure day-to-day operational tasks and timely processing.
• Oversee all HR activities across our restaurant locations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws.
• Conduct regular performance reviews.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• General HR administrative support for line managers and employees
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to QAR2,200.00 per month
