Job Description: HR Admin
Location: Lusail, Burj Marina Tower, Qatar
Work Hours: Full-Time, On-Site, Saturday to Thursday, 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM (with a break from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM)

This role is integral to managing recruitment, customer relationship management (CRM), and daily administrative operations.

We’re seeking a proactive and organized HR Admin to join our team on-site at our Lusail office. This role is integral to managing recruitment, customer relationship management (CRM), and daily administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & HR Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process: posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and attendance logs.
- Monitor compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- CRM Management:
- Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system for employees and customers.
- Track progress, log interactions, and generate reports for management.
- Ensure all client and employee data is reflected correctly in the CRM system.
- Customer Support:
- Receive and handle customer calls, providing detailed information about our services and resolving inquiries.
- Log customer interactions and update CRM records promptly.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to address and resolve customer concerns.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Support office operations, including organizing team meetings and maintaining employee schedules.
- Assist with payroll processing and tracking employee attendance.
- Organize and maintain HR and administrative documents.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or equivalent).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Qatar labor laws is an advantage.
