Technical Support Engineer

Provide technical support for ELV systems, including fire alarms, CCTV, and BMS.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software issues for clients.
Assist in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of ELV systems.
Conduct on-site and remote support for clients to ensure system functionality.
Prepare detailed technical reports, documentation, and client updates.
Collaborate with project teams and vendors to address complex issues.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and regulations.
Stay updated with advancements in ELV technologies and provide recommendations for upgrades or improvements.
Job Type: Full-time
Experience:

Experience:
- ELV systems (Fire Alarm, BMS, CCTV): 5 years (Preferred)
- Technical support design & estimation: 5 years (Preferred)
- Electrical or Electronics Engineering Certificate (Preferred)
- UPDA & QCDD Certificate (Preferred)
- Doha (Required)
