We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to serve our clients' IT and ELV system needs. The role involves troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to IT systems, peripherals, and ELV systems, ensuring client satisfaction and smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote IT support to clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install and maintain IT systems, including PCs, printers, and peripherals.
• Support ELV systems such as CCTV, access control, and time attendance.
• Configuration of IP-based systems like wireless access points and telephones.
• Ensure timely resolution of issues and maintain service logs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Valid Qatar ID
• Minimum 2 years of IT support experience.
• Hands-on experience with ELV systems is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
