We are currently looking for a Product Manager - Adobe AEM Platform to join us at our facility in Łódź, Poland.
The Product Manager will lead our Adobe AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) platform operations across our multinational organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in AEM and a strong leadership background to manage a team of product specialists. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product management, specifically in enterprise-level CMS platforms, and the ability to drive the development and execution of product strategies that align with our business goals.
Key responsibilities:

Lead the Adobe AEM Platform Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end management of the Adobe AEM platform, ensuring it meets the organization’s business objectives.
- Develop and execute product strategies, roadmaps, and feature prioritization to drive platform enhancements and innovations.
- Ensure the AEM platform is optimized for performance, scalability, and security, aligning with Axalta’s global digital strategy.

Team Leadership:
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of product specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Provide guidance on best practices for product management, Agile methodologies, and platform management.

Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and business units, to gather requirements and define product specifications.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all AEM-related matters, facilitating communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Platform Development and Integration:
- Oversee the integration of AEM with other enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, analytics, e-commerce platforms) to ensure a seamless digital experience.
- Work closely with development teams to implement new features, upgrades, and customizations on the AEM platform.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the AEM platform and make data-driven decisions.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting platform performance, project progress, and future plans.
Key requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Agile or Product Management are a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in product management (ideally in large multinational organizations).
- At least 3 years of experience managing Adobe AEM or similar CMS platforms. Knowledge of agile methodologies (scrum, or similar) is a plus.
- Extensive experience with Adobe AEM, including content management, workflow management, and digital asset management. Familiarity with AEM’s cloud services.
- An understanding of web development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, Java Script) and their integration with AEM.
- Skills: Experience in a leadership role, managing a team of product specialists or similar roles. Ability to define and prioritize product features based on business impact and technical feasibility. Stakeholder management skills, strong analytical skills, ability to interpret data, proactive problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
