Training & Site Administrator German Speaker

We are currently looking for a Training & Site Administrator to join us at our facility in Warsaw, Poland.

The role involves managing training logistics and site operations for training centers in Warsaw and Cologne. Key tasks include organizing training sessions, overseeing site maintenance, supporting web applications, and assisting users. Fluency in English and German is essential. Reporting to the Refinish EMEA Training Manager.

Key responsibilities:

Training & Site Coordination: Schedule and manage training sessions, ensure site maintenance, vendor management, and provide customer support for the LMS.
Portal Administration: Administer Axalta portal registrations and offer technical support.
Metrics & Reporting: Compile monthly training metrics, support reporting, and track KPIs.
Administrative Support: Manage procurement, clerical tasks, and maintain documents on Share Point.
Collaboration: Work with various teams to resolve operational issues.

Key requirements:

Fluent in German and English
Experience in administration or site management, LMS, and vendor management
Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, SAP
Education in Business Administration or related field preferred
