JOB DESCRIPTION:
JOB PROFILE: Production Manager, Location: Poland
· Oversee the Production Process
· Manage daily operations of the furniture production line.
· Ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.
· Quality Control
· Implement quality control measures to maintain product standards.
· Conduct regular inspections of materials and finished products
· Team Leadership
· Supervise and motivate production staff to achieve targets.
· Provide training and development opportunities for team member.
· Inventory Management
· Monitor and manage raw materials and product inventory levels.
· Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
· Budgeting and Cost Management
· Develop and manage budgets for the production department.
· Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
· Collaboration with Other Departments
· Work closely with design, sales, and marketing teams to align production with customer demands.
· Facilitate communication between departments to ensure smooth operations.
· Health and Safety Compliance
· Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations in the production environment.
· Conduct safety training sessions for all production staff
· Continuous Improvement
· Analyse production processes and identify areas for improvement.
· Implement best practices to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications:
5 years+ proven experience in production preferably in the Furniture industry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 58,005.46zł - 69,856.05zł per year
