JOB DESCRIPTION:
JOB PROFILE: Plant Manager, Location: Poland
Oversee Daily Operations
· Ensure efficient production processes and workflow in the plant.
· Manage staffing and assign tasks to meet production schedules.
Quality Control
· Implement and sustain quality assurance protocols to maintain product standards.
· Conduct regular inspections and assessments to prevent defects and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Budget Management
· Develop and manage the plant's budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
· Monitor operational expenses and identify areas for potential savings.
Team Leadership
· Lead, mentor, and develop the production team to enhance performance and productivity.
· Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement.
Maintenance Oversight
· Ensure that all machinery and equipment are properly maintained and in safe working condition.
· Schedule regular maintenance and oversee repairs to minimize downtime.
Health and Safety Compliance
· Enforce safety protocols and regulations to create a safe workplace
· Conduct training sessions on safety procedures and ensure all team members adhere to them.
Inventory and Supply Management
· Monitor inventory levels and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
· Implement inventory tracking systems to prevent material shortages and overstock.
Process Improvement
· Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
· Evaluate production strategies and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
Reporting and Analysis
· Generate reports on production metrics, including output, efficiency, and quality issues.
· Analyze data to produce actionable insights that support business goals.
Qualifications:
5 years+ proven experience in plant/manufacturing preferably in the Furniture industry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 58,005.46zł - 69,856.05zł per year
