Description & Requirements
Who we are looking for
The Ecommerce Product Coordinator leverages both technical skills and project management knowledge to support e-commerce production teams. This role involves maintaining e Commerce sites across the EMEA region, addressing bug fixes, delivering features, and supporting customer tools.


Qualifications
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and CMS
  • Working proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
  • High level of self-organization and responsibility
  • Logical thinking and a good grasp of cause-effect relationships
  • Previous e-commerce or basic technical experience (such as understanding CMS, SEO, databases, DNS, etc.)
  • Understanding of project management methodologies, including Scrum and Waterfall.


The role is operational rather than project-focused, requiring a proactive individual comfortable dealing with uncertainties and capable of performing investigative tasks.


Your future role
  • Managing issue queries and collaborating with developers to resolve them
  • Investigating root causes, setting up reports, and suggesting process improvements
  • Communicating progress and updates to all stakeholders
  • Demonstrating good negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Providing excellent customer service and building rapport.
