Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Utilize various recruiting channels such as job boards, social media, and networking to attract top talent
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for the organization
• Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to management
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a relevant field
• Expert knowledge of recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Strong critical thinking skills and problem-solving aptitude
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Must be willing to work in Clark on an office-based setup.
