Key Responsibilities
As an Admin POC - Recruitment Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless onboarding of successful candidates. Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring Final Interview passers to ensure timely compliance with pre-employment requirements.
• Coordinating candidates’ medical exams and facilitating contract signing processes.
• Processing background investigation (BI) checks and ensuring timely system updates for new hires.
• Following up with candidates on pending requirements and resolving any pre-employment challenges.
• Maintaining organized and accurate 201 files and ensuring adherence to company documentation policies.
• Tracking fill rates and providing regular updates to the recruitment team to ensure hiring targets are met.
• Collaborating with recruitment team members to ensure smooth workflow and alignment with hiring goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Previous experience in recruitment or administrative roles is an advantage.
• Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Mindset: Proactive and solutions-oriented with excellent attention to detail.
• Communication: Effective communicator, comfortable with follow-ups and coordination with various stakeholders.
• Tools: Familiarity with recruitment systems and BI processes is a plus.

Additional Remarks:
- We're seeking a passionate individual who is eager to help others , open to learning and growth , and flexible with working overtime as needed. This includes the potential for daily overtime and occasional weekend work (Saturdays) when required.
- We're also seeking for someone who loves to solve problem and can work under minimal supervision.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
