Duties

• Phone triage
• Quality controlls
• Assist with minor in office procedures
• Prior authorizations and surgery scheduling.
• Monitor patient's health through cloudbased software.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Assitpatients with care questions
• Other dutties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Valid nursing license in the state of Florida.
• Proficiency in diagnostic evaluation techniques.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients and team members.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
