Classroom Substitute (OPS/Part-Time) The Collegiate School at FSU Panama City

Responsibilities

Works with teachers in the classroom to help students.
Supervises the classroom in teacher's absence.
Completes paperwork under the teacher's direction.
Substitutes for teachers grades 9-12.
May fill in for other employees at the direction of the Director.
May include other student supervisory duties as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent and two years of post-high school education.
Must be able to provide three professional references.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with experience working in a school setting.
Highly preferred: Florida Teaching Certificate.

Other Information

The Collegiate School at FSU Panama City. (TCS) is a developmental research laboratory charter school located in Panama City, Florida. Currently with only ninth grade students, TCS will expand each year through twelfth grade. TCS offers a collegiate high school experience for students, offering dual enrollment opportunities as early as ninth grade.

Anticipated Salary Range

$15 per hour.
