Job Description
We seek a motivated and skilled Female Tele Sales representative to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will focus on connecting distributors with wholesalers, promoting company products, and maintaining excellent communication.
Age Requirement: 25 to 45 years
Salary Range: PKR 20,000 to 70,000 (Commission-Based)

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound B2B sales calls to connect distributors with wholesalers.
• Use company-provided resources and tools to identify new leads and manage data.
• Maintain and update daily progress reports using Google Sheets.
• Utilize web searching to collect and verify market data.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Deliver convincing product pitches to secure sales.

Required Skills:

• Data Collection Skills: Efficient in identifying and organizing relevant market information.
• MS Office Proficiency: Familiarity with Excel, Word, and related tools.
• Web Research Skills: Ability to find and analyze useful information online.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills to engage clients effectively.
• Customer Convincing Power: Ability to persuade and convert leads into successful sales.
