Job Description:
- Handle and follow up leads generated from all channels of marketing, specially website enquiries & social media marketing leads
- Engage in cold calling to potential customers to introduce our solar solutions
- Explain the benefits of solar energy and our services in a clear and compelling manner.
- Qualify leads and identify customer needs to tailor sales approaches.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team to follow up with potential clients.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide detailed information about our products.
- Coordinate with Sales team for follow-up of enquiries, proposals to deal closer, invoicing and payment recovery
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the solar industry and our product offerings.
- Update customer information in the CRM system accurately.
- Achieve lead targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
- Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Follow and execute the sales plan diligently.
- Candidate (preferably female) of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in Solar EPC company
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Proven experience as a telesales representative or in a similar sales role, preferably in the solar industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and telephony systems.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong understanding of solar energy solutions and the renewable energy market.
- Excellent phone manner and articulation.
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately update CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time management and organizational skills.

Experience:
