Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic MTO Digital Marketing to join our dynamic team in Bahadurabad. This role is part of our Management Trainee Officer (MTO) Program, designed to provide hands-on experience in digital marketing and e Commerce. The MTO will work closely with our marketing team, contributing to various digital campaigns, content creation, and analytics while gaining in-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management:
• Manage and schedule content on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, and Twitter.
• Monitor social media engagement and respond to community interactions.
• Email Marketing:
• Draft, optimize, and monitor email campaigns.
• Maintain and update email lists and track performance metrics such as open and click-through rates.
• SEO Optimization:
• Conduct keyword research and assist in optimizing content to improve search engine rankings.
• Monitor and analyze website SEO performance.
• Analytics and Reporting:
• Use tools like Google Analytics to track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.
• Prepare reports to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies.
• Paid Advertising:
• Assist in setting up and managing PPC campaigns on Google Ads and social media platforms.
• Market Research:
• Research industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to suggest data-driven strategies.
• Content Creation:
• Create engaging content for blogs, social media posts, email newsletters, and other digital platforms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (completed or in progress).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media platforms is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Position Details:

• Salary: Rs. 30,000 per month.
• Job Timings: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday to Friday (on-site).
• Location: Bahadurabad, Karachi, Pakistan.
