• Prepares, updates and monitors all relevant project management tools including but not limited to: work plans (schedules), project delivery;
• Coordinate with consultants and other stake holders to implement reforms.
• Review the institutional performance of the executing agencies with particular emphasis on technical capability;
• Asses the performance of the contractors in general and the physical implementation of the works
• Experience in optimizing business processes within the energy sector to enhance utility management and deliver training programs.
• Certification in reform management will be considered an advantage.

• Tertiary qualifications or a related discipline (e.g. B.Sc/BE in Electrical Engineering)
• 10 Years of Experience in Power sector
• Great understanding of the local region and working with government bodies
• Sound communication skills (written & verbal)
