KK Power is a group of companies that deal in 5 different sectors of the industry. We deal in a wide range of material handling equipment, complete racking solutions, industrial cleaning equipment, disaster management equipment, water generation, and packaging equipment, motive and traction power batteries plus spare parts and service contracts.
We are the exclusive dealer for Karcher in Pakistan with a vast sub-dealer network running under us. Karcher is the worldwide leader in cleaning equipment.
Job description:
The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones and should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills. Furthermore, they should be familiar with the complete business development cycle.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new business opportunities, ensuring that value arguments, objection handling and other key product-related attributes are managed in a best in class manner and generate higher win rates
- Formulate strategies to maximize our current hit ratio on new business
- Develop and nurture deep and strong relationships with client organizations, addressing their needs, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- It is crucial to engage in daily sales visits to generate leads and inquiries, putting forth concerted efforts to enhance overall sales results.
- Monitors and reports on performance, customer satisfaction, market intelligence and competitors.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Performs broad range of sales and professional work activities, in a variety of contexts
- Support development of client and market facing knowledge based marketing tools and materials - handbooks, guides
- Conducting market research, business research, Database building & management, business opportunity analysis, Lead generation etc.
- Prepare overall marketing strategy together with partners, practice group leaders and senior business management
- Analyses market trends, recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback
- Manage multiple projects, prioritize work and balance strategic and tactical issues
- Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
- Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization
- Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these
- Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about them
- The ideal candidate must have a Bachelors's Degree in relevant field from any HEC recognized university.
- The candidate should've at least 1 year of experience in Sales & Business Development. However, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills are required for this post.
- Passion and perseverance to learn, willingness to adapt to changing situations, and ability to inspire with new concepts and imaginative ideas, combined with a keen eye for detail and a critical mind.
- A team player with excellent interpersonal skills and someone who takes initiative
Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
