Job Description:
The Aftersales Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, and repair services to customers. The role involves troubleshooting issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service. This position requires a strong understanding of the products and services offered by the company, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-
  • Supervise engineering and technical staff to ensure work is carried out to high standards.
  • Provide technical support to the service team, offering expertise and guidance when needed.
  • Ensure that after-sales targets are consistently met or exceeded to contribute to overall business objectives.
  • Schedule and coordinate work efficiently to meet tight deadlines and maximize productivity.
  • Investigate problems, diagnose faults, and troubleshoot and repair equipment issues promptly and effectively.
  • Conduct training sessions for maintenance and operative staff as necessary to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive reports and quotations for parts and services as required.
  • Compile detailed daily activity reports for the team and submit them to the department head.
  • Generate leads for spare parts and after-sales services related to material handling and lifting equipment.
  • Organize after-sales visits to existing customers to maintain strong relationships and address their needs.
  • Maintain close coordination with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
  • Provide prompt and effective responses to customer complaints, aiming for swift resolution.
  • Focus on increasing service contracts for our products to enhance customer loyalty and revenue.
  • Offer product education and guidance to the service team to enhance their expertise and performance.
  • Attend meetings with customers to discuss their requirements and provide support as needed.
  • Maintain a focus on safety, ensuring that all work is conducted in accordance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
Roles & Responsibilities
i. Ideal candidate must've a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering from any HEC recognized university.
ii. Candidates having at least 3-4 years of experience in the same industry of After sales/ Services will be preferred who’ve hands on experience in material handling equipment (MHE’s), industrial racking & cleaning solution, hydraulic system and engine etc.
iii. Extensive knowledge of engineering design, installation, maintenance and repair is required.
iv. Candidate must’ve his own conveyance (Motorbike).
