Job Summary:
As a Call Center Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting top candidates for various call center positions. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure we build a strong team that aligns with our company’s goals.
Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates.
• Screening Resumes: Review applications and resumes to shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience relevant to call center roles.
• Conducting Interviews: Perform initial phone screens and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and fit for the company culture.
• Coordinating Recruitment Processes: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and facilitating job offers.
• Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with team leaders to understand specific hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and communication.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate and organized records of candidates and recruitment metrics using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive practices to attract and retain top talent.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.
• Strong understanding of call center operations and the skills required for success in these roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using ATS and other recruitment tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
