Job Description
Axxon BPO is seeking talented and motivated individuals for Customer Service Representatives (CSR), Self-Closers, and Self-Verifiers roles to join our team. If you are experienced in campaigns like Medicare, Medical Alert, Final Expense (FE), or ACA, this is your chance to excel in a vibrant, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound calls for Medicare, Medical Alert, Final Expense (FE), and ACA campaigns.
• Close deals effectively or verify sales while ensuring compliance with campaign requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of professionalism.
• Achieve and exceed set sales and verification targets.
• Document client interactions accurately in the CRM system.

Requirements:

• Experience:
• CSR: Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Self-Verifiers: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales verification.
• Self-Closers: Minimum 3 years of proven success in closing deals.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and a results-oriented approach.
• Team player with the ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability: Night shift is mandatory (6 PM - 4 AM).
