Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Domain Strategy: Document the current state, identify pains and opportunities, define the target state, and create a roadmap for realization. Establish architecture principles, patterns, and best practices to guide implementation efforts.
- Change Catalyst: Identify and pilot new technologies, and proactively promote and illustrate their business potential. Advise on incremental and transformational realization.
- Solution Implementation: Be hands-on in development work. Collaborate with teams on key problems and be part of the implementation effort in selected high-importance areas.
- University degree in technology, computer science or a related field.
- Proven experience in application development and system implementation.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- Familiarity with the Order-to-Cash value chain, including production, procurement, logistics, and finance.
- Familiarity with ERP, WMS, TA, and P2P applications is highly valued.
- Strategic and analytical, with a structured approach.
- Proven communication and leadership skills for guiding teams and influencing stakeholders across a wide range of corporate functions.
- Proactive, with an innovative approach to problem-solving and ability to self-manage to drive progress.
