We are seeking an experienced Lead UX Designer to enhance the user experience of our Light Management System (LMS) offering. Your Role
You’ll lead the charge in transforming how our customers interact with our smart lighting systems. These systems blend sensors, communication protocols, and control logic to create dynamic, energy-efficient environments. Your focus will be on designing a user experience that is intuitive, cohesive, and aligned with the brand values of Glamox. This role will be located at our offices in Oslo or Molde.

Key Responsibilities

Understand Our Users: Conduct user research to uncover insights that guide design decisions, ensuring our solutions meet real-world needs.
Design for Simplicity: Create a user-friendly experience across all LMS touchpoints, from initial commissioning to long-term use. Craft a clear vision and prioritize improvements that resonate with users.
Collaborate on Execution: Work closely with development teams to bring your design vision to life, ensuring every product embodies a consistent and engaging user experience.
Support Our Users: Develop training and support material that empower users to fully engage with our systems.
Measure Success: Establish metrics to track user satisfaction and system effectiveness, providing valuable feedback for continuous improvement.

What You Bring

Relevant Education: A degree in UX, design, or a related field (Master’s or Bachelor’s level).
Proven Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on UX design experience, ideally creating solutions for complex, professional user interfaces.
Research Savvy: Familiarity with user research methods to inform and refine designs.
Collaborative Spirit: Enjoys working in agile, cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
User-Centric Mindset: Strong empathy and the ability to connect with end-users to create tailored solutions.
