We’re on the lookout for an experienced and driven Director of Finance & Administration - Nordics to oversee our F&A operations across Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland. Based in Kjeller, Norway, or Gothenburg, Sweden, this role offers the flexibility of a hybrid work model. You will also have opportunities to travel across the Nordic region and internationally within the Kardex Group to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.

• Partner with business leaders across the Nordics to provide financial guidance and support.
• Oversee financial management for key operational processes and provide hands-on controlling for two Nordic countries.
• Deliver accurate reporting and ensure compliance with international and local requirements.
• Conduct financial and commercial analysis to support decision-making.
• Lead monthly reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes for the Nordic region.
• Optimize financial resources through effective liquidity management.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures that align with Kardex’s standards.
• Maintain and enhance internal control systems to ensure compliance and transparency.

• A degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting, or an equivalent accounting qualification.
• Relevant experience in business and financial leadership.
• A commercial mindset with strong analytical skills and a results-driven approach.
• Proven ability to lead, engage, and develop teams.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English and Swedish or Norwegian (knowledge of other Nordic languages is a plus).
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
