We’re on the lookout for an experienced and driven Director of Finance & Administration - Nordics to oversee our F&A operations across Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland. Based in Kjeller, Norway, or Gothenburg, Sweden, this role offers the flexibility of a hybrid work model. You will also have opportunities to travel across the Nordic region and internationally within the Kardex Group to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.

Partner with business leaders across the Nordics to provide financial guidance and support.

Oversee financial management for key operational processes and provide hands-on controlling for two Nordic countries.

Deliver accurate reporting and ensure compliance with international and local requirements.

Conduct financial and commercial analysis to support decision-making.

Lead monthly reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes for the Nordic region.

Optimize financial resources through effective liquidity management.

Develop and implement financial policies and procedures that align with Kardex’s standards.

Maintain and enhance internal control systems to ensure compliance and transparency.

A degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting, or an equivalent accounting qualification.

Relevant experience in business and financial leadership.

A commercial mindset with strong analytical skills and a results-driven approach.

Proven ability to lead, engage, and develop teams.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English and Swedish or Norwegian (knowledge of other Nordic languages is a plus).

Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
