Assignment Description
Product Excellence in client Technology, Digital & Innovation (TDI) is on a mission to empower colleagues in client`s digital ecosystem with knowledge and confidence to excel in product management balancing customer, business, and technology needs. It is about building a culture, facilitating learning, demystifying what product management is about, express what good product management look like in client and coach our integrated product teams in their quest to discover and deliver the right product the right way.
We are a distributed (Stavanger, Haugesund, Trondheim and Oslo) team made up of individuals from diverse backgrounds and skill sets ranging from IT, software development, design, and communications.
We are looking for a Product Manager who have discovered, built, and scaled digital products throughout the product lifecycle – and are confident sharing knowledge and experience, and mentoring others to reach the next level of their Product Management skills.
In our team you will:

• Help develop client's Product Management Playbook with good practices and examples, and drive associated training, facilitation and adoption.
• Present and explain what product management is about in practice to a diverse audience with different starting points, challenges and contexts.
• Influence our culture, governance and stakeholders to become more product oriented.

Qualifications

• Have at least 5 years' experience with digital product development and management as a product manager building and leading one or several cross-functional product teams to discover, deliver and scale digital technology products.
• Preferably have experience from larger organizations and are used to work and influence both on a team and portfolio level
• Are a strong communicator and facilitator, you ensure people understand and see the same things you see within product management.
• Have knowledge about as well as hands-on and practical experience with:
• Customer segmentation
• Jobs-to-be-done
• Value propositions
• Business Model / Product Management Canvas
• Product strategies
• Product roadmaps
• Building and leading cross-functional product teams
• Metrics and measuring value and outcome
• Goal setting and goal achieving frameworks (e.g., OKRs or similar)
• Balancing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
• Keep yourself professionally up to date on the product management discipline and actively share your insights.
• Are good at building mutual trust, relations, and credibility with different professional and leadership environments at different levels in the organization.
• Are proactive with a "can-do" attitude that thrives being hands-on facilitating workshops, developing best practices, doing presentations about product management etc.
• You are a team player that thrives working in teams and co-create together with other professionals and colleagues.
