Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain a robust enterprise architecture blueprint that supports the organization's strategic objectives.
* Collaborate with business leaders to identify and assess business requirements, translating them into actionable IT solutions.
* Design and implement innovative IT solutions that enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and drive growth.
* Provide thought leadership and guidance to IT teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
* Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement and competitive advantage.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
* 10+ years of experience in IT, with a proven track record in enterprise architecture.
* Strong understanding of business processes and organizational structures.
* Expertise in IT architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Norwegian Speaking (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications:
* Certifications in enterprise architecture or related areas.
* Experience with cloud computing, On-prem infrastructure, and artificial intelligence.
