Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and leadership in the installation, repair, and maintenance of solar panels, batteries, and inverters.
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various inverter types, ensuring optimal system performance.
• Coordinate and manage multiple solar projects, including planning, resource allocation, and timeline adherence.
• Lead and coordinate multiple installation teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
• Mentor and train junior team members, promoting skill development and knowledge-sharing within the team.
• Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to solar installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
