1.) Chef
Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Main Duties

• Ensure that all dishes are cooked well and presented in an aesthetically pleasing way
• Oversee food preparation, checking that all kitchen staff are performing their duties
• Monitor equipment quality and order new equipment as needed
• Help the restaurant determine how much food and supplies need to be ordered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of SSCE Certificate
• 3 - 6 years of experience.
• Certificate / Diploma in food related courses.

Required Skills:

• Communication: The ability to build relationships, resolve conflicts, and create a collaborative atmosphere
• Food safety: The ability to maintain a clean workspace and ensure food is safe to eat
• Cooking techniques: The ability to understand ingredients and how they interact with each other in different cooking techniques
• Time management: The ability to orchestrate the kitchen team to meet the demands of peak dining hours
• Creativity: The ability to develop innovative and visually appealing dishes
• Food preparation:The ability to prepare and cook food according to established recipes and standards.

2.) Accounts Receivable Officer
Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Brief Responsibilities

• Manage account receivables, ensuring timely payments
• Maintain accurate financial records
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proferrably member of any of the Bodies: ACCA, ICAN
• Must have 4 years of experience as Account Receivable.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Residency: Lekki Phase 1 axis
• Good knowledge of Accounting softwares (Preferrably Zoho Books)

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 Monthly.

3.) Core Network Engineer
Job Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Main Duties

• Introduce new networking technologies or improve existing technologies to add value to existing services & capabilities.
• Develop solutions that drive the success of our network.
• Motivate and carryout technical training for Technical & Customer Support Team from time-to-time.
• Work hand-in-hand with the NOC teamto achieve itch-free network services..
• Ensure stable & reliable network services.
• Monitors the network performance on daily basis.
• Handles & coordinates network trouble shooting & fault analysis.
• Coordinates Trouble Ticket generation & swift responses.
• Coordinates escalation matrix & solution management.
• Manages deployment & maintenance of network monitoring, analysis & reporting tools.
• Monitor Team performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, Customer satisfaction and adherence to SLA.
• Liaise with Technical Team, Project Team, and Account departments on fault resolutions and Customer account reconciliation.
• Manages outages bridges, compose detailed shift and outage reports to Management.
• Manages installation of network hardware & software in Data Centers.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to Technical Support Team in interpreting and reacting to networks issues/events.
• Serve as a point of escalation for complex, level 2 or escalated Customer issues, providing guidance and support to Team members in resolving challenging situations.
• Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in Network Engineering.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account set and network configuration.
• Talk Clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they have solve a technical issue.
• Report from time to time to CTO.

Personal Qualities & Qualifications
Job Holder need to be:

• Degree holder in Electrical Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering Or Computer Engineering from reputable higher institution.
• A focussed, self-motivated Network Support Engineer with creative flair who will bring Network strategies to life.
• An Engineer passionate about Network Strategies that thrives on delivering exciting performance and content.
• A highly effective individual who has an absolute eye for detail and is focussed on improving business performance through exceptional Network – Strategies/Solutions execution, reporting and evaluation.
• Must be certified professional in the relevant network engineering certifications like CCNA, CCNP & CCIE etc.
• BGP, TCP/IP, Vlan experience.
• Project Management skill (advantage).

Demand on the Job:

• Must have 5 years and above cognate experience.
• Ability and wiliness to work long hours and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work under none or minimal supervision.
• Maybe required to work weekends and in shifts.

Salary
N400,000 - N500,000 Monthly.
