1.) Treasury & Investment Officer

Job Description

• The Treasury & Investment Officer plays a crucial role in managing the organization's financial assets and liabilities, ensuring effective liquidity management, and optimizing investment strategies.

Responsibilities
Cash Management:

• Monitor daily cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs.
• Forecast cash requirements and manage short-term investments.

Investment Strategy:

• Develop and implement investment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Analyze market trends and economic conditions to inform investment decisions.

Risk Management:

• Identify and assess financial risks related to investments and funding.
• Develop strategies to mitigate identified risks, including currency, interest rate, and credit risks.

Portfolio Management:

• Oversee the organization’s investment portfolio, ensuring diversification and alignment with risk tolerance.
• Regularly review and rebalance the portfolio as needed.

Reporting and Compliance:

• Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Liaise with banks, investment managers, and other financial institutions.
• Maintain relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.

Strategic Planning:

• Contributes to the organization’s financial planning and strategic initiatives.
• Advises on funding strategies and financial structures for projects and investments.

Investment Operations:

• Supports the management of the subsidiary company’s investment portfolio, executes investment transactions, monitors and analyzes investment performance, and follows market and economic trends that may impact the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (ACA, ACCA) will be added advantage
• At least 5 years of proven experience in treasury management, investment analysis, or financial management.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

2.) Adoption & Change Management Executive

• An Adoption & Change Management Executive is needed to play a crucial role in driving the successful adoption of new technologies, processes, or organizational changes within the company.
• This individual will work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and end-users to facilitate smooth transitions, ensuring that employees embrace and effectively utilize the changes.

Responsibilities
Change Management:

• Assist in developing and implementing change management strategies.
• Collaborate with senior change management professionals to create communication plans, training materials, and adoption roadmaps.
• Support end-users during transitions by addressing concerns, providing training, and promoting positive attitudes toward change.

User Adoption:

• Engage with employees to understand their needs, challenges, and expectations related to the change.
• Promote awareness of the benefits of the new technology or process.
• Encourage adoption through targeted communication, workshops, and user feedback sessions.

Training and Education:

• Conduct training sessions for end-users, ensuring they understand the changes and how to use the new tools or processes.

3.) Power Platform Developer
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities

• Develop Custom Solutions: Design and build advanced Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate workflows, and Power BI dashboards to address business needs.
• Lead End-to-End Projects: Own the entire solution lifecycle—from gathering requirements to deployment and post-implementation support.
• Systems Integration: Implement seamless integrations between Power Platform and other systems, including Share Point, Dynamics 365, Azure, on-premise systems, and third-party APIs.
• Solution Architecture: Lead architecture and design discussions, ensuring applications meet security, performance, and scalability requirements.
• Governance & Best Practices: Establish and maintain governance, security, and compliance protocols within Power Platform environments, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to understand business needs, define project scopes, and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize existing Power Platform solutions for enhanced performance.
• Training & Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and provide training to business users on the use of Power Platform tools.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional IT experience, with a minimum of 2 years working extensively with the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Proven experience designing and deploying complex solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Strong knowledge of integrating Microsoft technologies like Share Point, Dynamics 365, and Azure.
