Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented NYSC member to join our team as a **Front Desk/Office Assistant**. This role is perfect for a dynamic individual eager to gain practical experience and contribute to our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain and organize office files and records.
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating office activities.
- Monitor office supplies and handle replenishment requests.
Requirements:
· Currently serving in the NYSC program.
· Living within Gwarimpa, life camp, Jahi or anywhere close to Banex
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
· A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
· Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities with minimal supervision.
