Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Head of Operations to lead our day-to-day operations. This role is essential for ensuring reliable, efficient service delivery across our target cities. You will manage fleet and driver operations, optimize routes, and uphold high service quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee fleet and driver management to maintain a dependable service network.
Implement route optimization strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
Drive service quality initiatives to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support growth and scalability.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in operations management, preferably in transportation or logistics.
Strong leadership skills with a focus on process improvement.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and data-driven decision-making.
Familiarity with Nigerian transportation regulations and urban mobility challenges is a plus.
