Facility Manager

- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Facility Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of facility operations, maintenance, and client relations.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in facility management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
- Manage and maintain building systems, equipment, and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules, policies, and procedures.
- Handle emergency situations promptly and efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, responding proactively to their needs.
- Ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines and achieve cost-efficiency in operations.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality service delivery.
- Monitor energy usage and implement strategies for sustainability and cost reduction.
- Lead and motivate a team of technicians and support staff, ensuring consistent performance and development.
- Conduct regular facility inspections and prepare reports for senior management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Facility Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in facility management or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment is an advantage.
