EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT AND LIFESTYLE CONCIERGE ADMINISTRATOR

Responsibilities
•Provide comprehensive support to senior executives, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, posting content on social media platforms
•Make travel arrangements and Itineraries, accommodation and visas for both executives and clients.
•Coordinate and Organize clients and company events from online meetings scheduling, coordinating family office gatherings
•Act as the first point of contagion clients, handling inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality.
•Must be able to build and maintain relationships with top-tier vendors and service providers to offer exclusive high-quality options for clients.
•Provide immediate support for urgently or unexpected clients needs including travel cancellation, Medical appointments.
•Develop deep insight into client’s presence and lifestyle needs to proactively anticipate requests
•Must be able to work with High-touch client.
REQUIREMENTS
•Bsc in Business Administration, Hospitality or any related field
•Minimum of 5years as an Executive Assistant, preferably in financial services or luxury concierge or high-touch client environment .
•Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills with an eye for detail.
•Excellent research capabilities to source relevant data/information.
•High level of Professionalism and discretion .
•Excellence written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with high-net-worth individuals and services providers
•Must be able to send reports and write newsletters
•proven ability to find solutions to unique challenges in high- pressure situations
•Must be skilled Jen Microsoft suits, CRM software and travel and event management platforms.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦250,000.00 per month
