At the behest of the Board of Directors, we recruiting candidates with a shared vision to fill the position below:
Job Position: Chief Operating Officer / General Manager (COO/GM)
Job Location: Lagos
Overview

The COO/GM will be responsible for The Foundation's day-to-day operations and assist the CEO in ensuring efficient and effective delivery of programs and services.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the implementation of The Foundation's strategic plan.
Manage and coordinate the work of various departments and teams.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
Oversee human resources functions, including recruitment, training, and performance management.

Qualifications

Advanced Degree in relevant fields such as Business, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or Law.
Significant experience in nonprofit management and operations.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving acumen.
Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities.
Financial acumen and analytical skills.
