Lotus Cars Europe B.V. is responsible for the Marketing, Sales and After Sales of the Lotus Cars products in the European region. To bring the company to the level we want it to be, we are looking for a Training Performance & Planning Coordinator in the Network Development & Retail Training Department to join us in our European HQ based in Amsterdam.

Summary:
You will be part of the Global Lotus Retail Academy team responsible for structuring, developing, adapting and deploying training content for all Lotus retail commercial and technical activities across the Globe.

You will work alongside the core Global Retail Academy team, External Suppliers and Regional Offices to anticipate and collect the needs while supporting the delivery of the Global Lotus Retail Training strategy at the right time to the right audience. You will also be in charge of defining the performance criteria and following them accordingly with the Regions.

What you'll do:

• Define with the team and internal stakeholders the relevant training performance criteria and targets
• Support the learning systems team in the implementation of the learning paths to validate performance tracker outcomes
• Define and implement a method for monitoring progress for projects and programmes across the department
• Drive and deliver the necessary developments for performance tracking and keep looking at required improvements based on user feedback
• Support business in defining and following-up variable incentives with the relevant tracker and reporting
• Build and keep always up-to-date training plannings per regions /country by defining the key milestones with business
• Challenge internal stakeholders for delivery of projects on time per market
• Cascade relevant information and trackers to the business leads and Regions

What you'll bring:

• Degree level qualification
• Previous working experience in performance analyst positions, ideally in the automotive sector
• Expert in Excel and Power BI
• Appetite in reading and translating data insights
• At ease in Power Point presentation and synthetising information
• Proven ability to articulate complex problems, recommend and execute on solutions.
• Experience in project management
• Excellent communication skills with a full proficiency in English. Any other additional European language is highly desirable.
