Lotus Cars Europe B.V. is responsible for the Marketing, Sales and After Sales of the Lotus Cars products in the European region. To bring the company to the level we want it to be, we are looking for a Global Training System Manager in the Network Development and Retail Training Department to join us in our European HQ based in Amsterdam.

Summary:
You will be part of the Global Lotus Retail Academy team responsible for structuring, developing, adapting and deploying training content for all Lotus retail commercial and technical activities across the Globe.

You will work alongside the core Global Retail Academy team, External Suppliers and Regional Offices to support the delivery of the Global Lotus Retail Training strategy from a Learning Platform and performance standpoint.

What you'll do:

• At least 5 years experience managing a learning management system (LMS / LXP) and understanding the typical issues and constraints.
• Degree level qualification
• Experience in a project management
• Knowledge in training file formats
• Knowledge of assessment and evaluation methods
• Willing to work with multiple regions, cultures, internal stakeholders and agencies mainly remote
• Experience in global / regional management in multiple languages
• Results oriented
• Excellent communication skills with a full proficiency in English. Any other additional European language is highly desirable
• Proven ability to articulate complex problems, recommend and execute on solutions.
