Your Opportunity to Shine
1. Lead with Impact:

• Take ownership of core HR initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, wellbeing, and people analytics.
• Partner with the Head of People to deliver forward-thinking solutions that align with our ambitious business goals.

2. Drive Strategic Change:

• Be the voice of HR within the International Wellbeing business unit, ensuring that people strategies are seamlessly integrated into business objectives.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, influencing and inspiring them to embrace change and achieve excellence.

3. Innovate Across Borders:

• Collaborate with global teams to implement aligned HR practices while tailoring them to regional needs.
• Serve as the go-to HR expert for local challenges, ensuring compliance with labor laws in the Netherlands, Germany, and Belgium.

4. Solve Complex Challenges:

• Provide customized HR interventions to address specific business needs, supporting leaders on everything from recognition to wellbeing.
• Use data to uncover insights, guide decisions, and measure the success of HR initiatives.

• Coach and mentor leaders to enhance their effectiveness and build high-performing teams.
