Audit Senior Associate - Eindhoven

As Senior Associate, you will be responsible for the delivery of top quality audit engagements from planning through to completion.
Alongside audit delivery work, you will also provide support and supervision to junior team members, and provide coaching and development to help them reach their full potential. This will include planning and reviewing their work to ensure a positive learning experience and high quality delivery to the client.
- Completed Masters and RA close to completion or completed.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience within External Audit.
- Relevant IFRS experience essential, with Dutch GAAP a distinct added advantage.
- Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English communication skills.
- Working for interesting local and international clients as part of a multicultural and diverse audit team.
- Managing and maintaining positive and impactful client relationships.
- Driving quality and innovation within your engagements.
- Coaching and mentoring junior colleagues to ensure their wellbeing and learning needs are met.
- Continuously learning and developing yourself to make sure that you're challenged and growing.
