Audit Associate (Experienced) - Maastricht

- Completed or close to completed Masters degree and Accounting certification (RA) in view.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience within External Audit.
- Relevant IFRS experience essential, with Dutch GAAP a distinct added advantage.
- Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English communication skills.
As an experienced Associate within our audit team/s, you are expected to have previous experience in working independently as well as leading a team as an "in-charge".
From planning to execution to completion of the engagement, you will support your team, reporting to the engagement managers and partners, as well as develop and maintain meaningful client relationships.

- Managing and maintaining positive and impactful client relationships.
- Driving quality and innovation within your engagements.
- Coaching and mentoring junior colleagues to ensure their wellbeing and learning needs are met.
