The Tasks

At Vallei we are looking for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for audit. As a senior auditor in our dynamic audit practice, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity of financial information for our clients. Collaborating closely with our seasoned audit team, you’ll dive into substantive testing, analytical reviews and compliance procedures. Your keen attention to detail will shine as you contribute to the audit of financial statements of different clients in different industries. Furthermore you will be in touch with clients from several industries, including visiting the clients. This role isn’t just about numbers though; it’s about gaining a comprehensive understanding of our clients’ operations, building a foundation for a successful career in the world of audit.

The requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or CPA;
• Previous experience in audit, knowledge of Dutch GAAP and/or IFRS;
• You’re currently living in the Netherlands and are located near Amsterdam;
• The possession of strong analytical skills and you thrive in a dynamic environment.
